We collect the information you choose to submit through the forms on our website:

- Staffing request form (employers): your name, company information, contact details, and details about your staffing needs.
- Job application form (job seekers): your name, city and state, email address, phone number, the industries you can work in, your work authorization status, your availability to start, and any additional information you choose to share about yourself.
You are not required to provide this information, but we cannot respond to your inquiry, process your staffing request, or consider you for work opportunities without it.
Information Collected Automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records limited technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you view, in standard server logs. Our forms are also protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a spam-prevention service that analyzes limited browser information to distinguish people from automated bots.
We also use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site — such as which pages are viewed, how visitors arrive, and general device and location information (at the city level, not your precise location) — and Google Ads conversion measurement to know when our advertising leads someone to contact us. Google collects this information using cookies and similar technologies. We do not send Google the contents of your form submissions. With client businesses. If you apply for work through our site, the core of our service is connecting you with employers. We may share the information in your application with client businesses that have staffing needs matching your skills, location, and availability.
With service providers. We use a small number of trusted vendors to operate our website, and they process data only on our behalf:
- Our website hosting provider, which stores our website and form submissions.
- Brevo, an email delivery service we use to send form notifications and email from our website.
- Cloudflare, which provides content delivery and the Turnstile spam-protection service on our forms.
- Google, which provides the Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement services described above.
For legal reasons. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
Cookies
Our site uses a small number of cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile may set a cookie strictly to verify that you are not a bot when you use our forms. Google Analytics and Google Ads set cookies (such as _ga and _gcl_au) to measure site usage and advertising effectiveness as described above. We do not use cross-site tracking cookies beyond these Google measurement cookies. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings; doing so will not affect your ability to browse the site.
How Long We Keep Your Information
We keep form submissions for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry or, for job seekers, to consider you for current and future work opportunities. We may also retain information as required by employment, tax, and record-keeping laws. When your information is no longer needed, we delete it. You may ask us to delete your information sooner at any time using the contact details below.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on the state you live in, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to receive a copy of it, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Our website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to form submissions is limited to the Global JC staff who need it to respond to you.
